FAQ
How do I sign in? There is no password: enter your email and the 6-digit code from the email we send. The code is valid for 5 minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, check your Spam folder or request a new code after a minute.
It says my email is not registered. Accounts are created by C-Space staff. After you confirm the code, the app offers a short access request — once the location's reception approves it, you can book.
How do I book a meeting room? Locations → location → "Meeting rooms" → room → tap a free time in the schedule, choose the time and payment method, and tap "Book".
How do I cancel a booking? Open the booking in "Bookings" and tap "Cancel booking". Bookings that start very soon can only be cancelled by reception.
What are credits and how do I top up? Credits are an internal C-Space balance. They are added when you pay at a C-Space reception desk. There are no payments or purchases in the app. If you don't have enough credits, the rest is paid at reception.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Account → "Delete account". Details: Delete account.
