C-Connect — Terms of Use
Last updated: 26.09.2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the C-Connect web and mobile applications of C-Space ("C-Space", "we") (together or individually "Service").
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service: it explains how your data is collected, safeguarded and transferred when you use the Service.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and the Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by writing to info@cspace.uz so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors and users who use the Service.
2. Communications
The Service sends only service emails to your email address: the login code, booking notifications and reminders, credit changes, and notifications that an access request has been approved or rejected. No advertising or marketing emails are sent through the Service. You may turn off notifications in the settings — except for login code emails, since without them it is impossible to log in to the Service.
3. Accounts
3.1. An account is opened by a C-Space staff member, or the access request you submit is approved by the location's reception. There is no self-registration without approval.
3.2. By creating an account, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is always accurate, complete and current. Inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information may result in the suspension of your account.
3.3. Access to the Service is by means of a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for the security of your mailbox and your device; do not share your login code with anyone. You are responsible for all activities performed through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, notify info@cspace.uz immediately.
3.4. You may not use the name of another person or entity without their consent, a name or trademark that is subject to the rights of another person, or an offensive or vulgar name.
3.5. C-Space reserves the right to refuse service, suspend an account or cancel a booking (section 13).
4. Booking meeting rooms
4.1. The Service shows the capacity, price and available times of each room. A booking is considered confirmed once it appears in the "Bookings" section of the Service.
4.2. You may cancel a booking through the Service; the cancellation deadline depends on the location's settings and is shown in the Service. The credits deducted for a cancelled booking are returned to your account.
4.3. Use the room only during the booked time and comply with the location's house rules.
4.4. In exceptional circumstances (a technical failure, the room being unfit for use, etc.) C-Space may cancel or change a booking; in that case the deducted credits are returned.
5. Credits and payments
5.1. The Service does not accept payments and does not request card details. Payment is made at C-Space reception (in cash, or via Payme, Click, Uzum, a terminal or bank transfer).
5.2. When you make a payment at reception, credits are added to your account. Credits are an internal balance for C-Space services and are not money or electronic money: they cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
5.3. Each credit has a validity period, which is shown in the Service. Expired credits are forfeited.
5.4. The booking price is calculated at the price in effect at the time of booking. C-Space may change room prices — this does not affect bookings that have already been made. If your credits are insufficient, the remaining amount is paid at reception — the Service shows this before you make the booking.
5.5. Credits in the company wallet belong to the company. They are used by company members in the manner established by C-Space; the company manager sees the wallet transactions.
5.6. Money paid at reception is refunded through reception in accordance with the contract concluded with C-Space and the law.
6. Content
6.1. In the Service, you write only the booking title and note and the "about me" text. They are visible to you and to C-Space staff and are not shown to other residents. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the text you write: it must not contain unlawful or offensive text or, without good reason, the data of other persons.
6.2. Content in the Service belonging to C-Space (texts, design, images, logos) is the property of C-Space. It may not be distributed, modified, copied or republished for commercial purposes or for personal gain without prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are prohibited:
- any use that violates any applicable national or international law;
- impersonating or attempting to impersonate C-Space, a C-Space employee, another user or any other person;
- using the Service to send advertising, spam or other unsolicited messages;
- actions that infringe the rights of others or are threatening, fraudulent or harmful;
- actions that could disable or overburden the Service or interfere with other users' use of it;
- accessing the Service, or monitoring or copying its content, by means of any robot, script or other automated means;
- introducing viruses, trojan horses or other malicious software;
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, the server on which it is hosted or any other systems connected to it;
- attacking the Service via a "denial of service" (DoS, DDoS) attack;
- mass creation of bookings that will not be used, in order to hold time slots;
- interfering with the proper working of the Service in any other way.
8. Analytics and advertising
The Service does not use third-party analytics, tracking or advertising systems. How data is used is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. C-Space's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any other product or service without the prior written consent of C-Space.
10. Error Reporting and Feedback
You may write to info@cspace.uz or to reception about errors, suggestions, ideas and complaints relating to the Service ("Feedback"). You agree that you shall not claim any intellectual property rights in the Feedback, that C-Space may have independently developed similar ideas, and that the Feedback is not considered confidential information. C-Space may use the Feedback to improve the Service free of charge and without restriction.
11. Links To Other Web Sites and Services
The Service contains links to services that are not owned by C-Space (for example, the "Directions" button opens Yandex Maps, and map images are obtained from OpenStreetMap). C-Space is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices. We recommend that you read their terms and privacy policies before using them.
12. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
12.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. C-Space does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available; errors are corrected as quickly as possible.
12.2. To the extent permitted by law, C-Space shall not be liable for any indirect damage, lost profits or other consequences resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. If C-Space is found liable, its liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
12.3. This section does not affect your rights that cannot be limited under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including your rights under consumer protection legislation.
13. Termination and Account Deletion
13.1. If the Terms are breached, C-Space may block or suspend your account without prior notice.
13.2. You may delete your account at any time in the Service itself: Account → Delete account. What is deleted and what is retained is described on the Deleting your account page. When an account is deleted, unused personal credits are forfeited.
13.3. Provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive the closure of an account (intellectual property, warranties and limitation of liability) remain in effect.
14. Changes To Service
C-Space reserves the right to change or discontinue the Service or any part of it. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or for other reasons.
15. Amendments To Terms
C-Space may amend the Terms by posting a new version on this page; the "Last updated" date above is updated. Material changes are notified in the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
16. Waiver And Severability
No failure by C-Space to exercise any right under the Terms shall be deemed a waiver of that right. If any provision of the Terms is held by a court to be invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation — write to info@cspace.uz. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be heard in court in the manner prescribed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
18. Acknowledgement
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
